We offer 2 different sealers for Michigan Hardscape. First, to maintain the natural “matte” appearance of the surface we recommend Surface Saver Sealer.

Surface Saver has no strong odor. It penetrates up to ¼ inch into the surface to form a lasting chemical bond that will not trap moisture or water vapor. Surface Saver repels surface moisture, chemicals, de-icing salts, & stains keeping them from soaking in & damaging the integrity of the surface. When dirt & stains re-develop, they will not penetrate the pores making future stain removal easier. Surface Saver is the best choice for bare concrete, limestone, bluestone, flagstone, fieldstone & masonry where a natural appearance is preferred.

If you desire a “wet look” for Michigan Hardscape we recommend Paver Gloss Sealer.

This clear acrylic sealer enhances the natural color of the treated surface while protecting against stains & UV color fading. Paver Gloss is recommended for brick pavers, exposed aggregate & stamped concrete surfaces. It creates a film barrier to protect the surface against abrasions, stains, dirt, moisture & most chemicals. Dirt & stains will easily release from the treated surface by rinsing the surface using a spray nozzle & water.

Hardscape Restoration in Michigan is vital to preserve & protect the integrity. Pressure Washing & Sealing of hardscape surfaces should be preformed once every 2-3 years.
